Enquiries, bookings, and payments
Submitting an enquiry or requesting a site visit does not reserve a property or create a purchase agreement. Any booking, payment, cancellation, refund, or possession arrangement is subject to the applicable written agreement and law. Verify payment instructions through our official contact channels before transferring money. Do not rely solely on messages from an unverified third party.
Accounts and internal business tools
Employee and business-tool access is limited to authorized users. Keep login credentials confidential and report suspected misuse promptly. Users must access customer and business records only for legitimate work purposes and within their assigned permissions. We may suspend or restrict access to protect our systems, investigate misuse, or meet legal obligations.
Google Sheets integration
An authorized user may connect a Google account to import leads from the configured business spreadsheet and append caller evaluations to matching Feedback cells. You must have permission to access and process those records and share feedback with the spreadsheet's authorized viewers. Write-back requires Editor access, an editable Feedback cell, and the Google Sheets write permission. The integration verifies the account email and does not grant additional spreadsheet permissions. Database saves and Google Sheet writes are separate operations; a sheet failure does not undo a saved database evaluation, and users should check the reported result. Access may stop if consent is revoked, credentials expire, sharing permissions change, or Google restricts the service. The source spreadsheet remains subject to its owner's permissions and Google's terms.
Intellectual property
Website content, branding, logos, photographs, designs, and other materials are owned by us or used with permission, unless otherwise indicated. You may view and use them for personal, non-commercial reference. Reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial use requires permission from the relevant rights holder, except where permitted by law.
