We collect information you provide through enquiries, site-visit requests, job applications, and other communications. This may include your name, phone number, email address, property preferences, and application details. When you use our website, our hosting and security services may also process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, and request logs. Authorized employees may provide account information and business records when using our internal tools.
How we use information
We use information to respond to enquiries, arrange site visits, provide project information, manage customer relationships and follow-ups, process job applications, and operate and secure our services. Where permitted by law, we may contact you about relevant properties or services. You can ask us to stop promotional communications at any time. We do not sell personal information.
Google account and Google Sheets access
Our internal lead-management tool allows an authorized user to connect a Google account using OAuth. With that user's consent, we access the account email address to verify identity and read spreadsheet tab names and cell values from the lead spreadsheet configured for our business. These records may include names, contact details, enquiry dates, and property interests. We import relevant records into our business database for lead management and follow-ups. When the connected account has Editor access and grants the Google Sheets write permission, saving a caller evaluation also appends the lead quality, valid-customer assessment, caller feedback, and an update timestamp to the matching source row's Feedback cell. Existing feedback is preserved. Although Google's Sheets permission covers spreadsheets the account can access, our integration uses only the configured business spreadsheet and writes only to its matching Feedback cells. We do not request access to Gmail, contacts, or unrelated Google services.
Use and sharing of Google user data
Google user data is used only to provide the authorized lead-import, feedback synchronization, and lead-management functionality. Feedback written back to a shared spreadsheet is visible to people with access under that spreadsheet owner's sharing settings. We do not use Google user data for advertising, sell it, or use it to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models. Access to imported records is restricted to authorized personnel according to their roles. We may process this data through service providers needed to host, secure, and operate the functionality, or disclose it where legally required. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Service providers and disclosures
We may share necessary information with providers supporting website hosting, database storage, communications, and security, subject to applicable confidentiality and data-protection obligations. These providers may process information outside your location. We may also disclose information to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights and safety, or support a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not authorize providers to use Google user data for independent advertising purposes.
Cookies and third-party services
Our website uses cookies or similar technologies where needed for authentication and essential functionality. Enquiry and careers forms use Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent automated abuse. Google may process browser, device, network, and interaction information for this verification under its Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. If analytics services are enabled, they may collect usage information, subject to applicable consent requirements. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, although disabling them may affect some features. Links to Google, WhatsApp, social media, maps, or other third-party services are governed by those services' own privacy policies.
Storage, security, and retention
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal information, including access controls and server-side handling of Google OAuth credentials. OAuth refresh tokens are retained to support authorized background imports. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. We retain personal information and imported lead records only as needed for the stated business purposes, legal obligations, and legitimate dispute resolution, and delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed. Backup copies may remain until their normal retention cycle ends.
Your choices, access revocation, and deletion
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, withdraw consent where applicable, or opt out of promotional communications by contacting us. We may verify your identity before acting on a request, and some information may need to be retained by law. An authorized Google user can revoke the connection through their Google Account third-party connections. Revoking access prevents future authorized imports but does not automatically delete records already imported into our database. Contact us to request deletion of imported Google data and stored OAuth credentials, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.
Children and policy updates
Our services are intended for adults and are not directed at children under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us. We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The revised policy and its updated date will be published on this page, with additional notice where required.
