Sekar, Managing Director, Having a qualification of B.S(Engineering) was working as a Divisional Manager in M/S Ashok Leyland, Chennai. He learned the business of Civil Construction from his father and grandfather who were engaged in the business of construction throughout their livelihood. In fact he is the Fourth Generation builder in this trade. He had in built qualification of leadership, hard working nature and quality orientation.
He came out of M/S Ashok Leyland and took over the operations of MS Charan as Managing Director.
He is very cordial in nature and able to attain the things in time. He learned the self satisfaction from the elders and more to afford the workmanship to other’s satisfaction.

Mr.Mahendra varman (CEO) who is completed (B.E. Civil Engineering in PSNA @ Dindugal) and have 11 years of Experience from Muscat in Engineering.
He is a very enthusiastic person who has a leadership Qualities, Problems solving skills and Time management capacity. Under his supervision there will not be any quality issues. He never procrastinate any work at any cost.
